By accessing and using the National Treasury LMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of use.

User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the LMS.
• Respectful Conduct: Users must engage respectfully with peers and instructors, avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

Use of Content

• Intellectual Property: Users must respect intellectual property rights and not distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without permission.
• User-Generated Content: Any content uploaded by users must not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Data Collection: Information collected from users will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data Security: We implement appropriate measures to protect user data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorised Access: Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the LMS or its related systems.
• Malicious Software: Users must not upload or distribute any harmful software or code.

Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the LMS for any user who violates these terms of use.

Modifications to Terms

• We may update these terms of use from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
